Although Joe Biden and his staff have claimed seven times that the president was not involved in the family's business, the overwhelming evidence indicates Joe Biden has not just been involved in family-owned businesses, but has played a significant role alongside Hunter Biden, his son.

The evidence includes photographs from Joe Biden meeting family business partners as well as Hunter's former business associate's testimony regarding Joe Biden's involvement, Joe Biden flying to foreign countries to meet with Hunter's business associates, and a voice-recording of Joe Biden calling Hunter about the possibility of a Chinese business agreement.

This evidence is convincing enough that 58 percent of people believe Joe Biden has played a role in the family's company. Sixty percent of them believe Hunter Biden, a key participant in the family's business, has offered “influence and access” to Joe Biden.

    One:

In 2019 Hunter's “laptop from hell”, it was revealed in texts that the Biden family's payment vehicle is a mechanism that collects a portion from 50 percent of the family's wages for a period of 30 years. For example, Hunter has reportedly paid thousands of dollars for Joe Biden's house repair using the money he earned from trading access to Joe Biden.

“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,” Hunter wrote in his texts for his child. “It's extremely difficult. But don't be worried I'm not like Pop Joe I'm not going to make you pay me half of your earnings.”

    Two:

In the year 2018, Joe Biden left Hunter Biden a message regarding the business agreement in 2018 with Chinese powerhouse CEFC. The voicemail revealed Joe Biden's concern that confidential details were included in a New York Times article about Hunter's ties to CEFC's chairman Ye Jianming who was detained in China for bribery.

“Hey pal, it's Dad. It's 8:15 at night on Wednesday. If you have a chance, contact me. It's not urgent. It was just a matter of wanting to get in touch with the people you know,” Joe Biden said. “I think the piece that was published on the internet, and will appear in the Times was very good. I'm sure you're aware. In any case, if you have the chance, contact me. I love you!” the message ended.

    Three:

Between 2009 and 2017, as per White House visitor logs obtained by the New York Post, Hunter's fraudulent business partner, Eric Schwerin, met with Joe Biden at the White House 19 times. Joe Biden was vice president at the time. Schwerin was director of the famous but now dissolving venture capital fund Rosemont Seneca Partners.

    Four:

In 2017 Tony Bobulinski, Hunter's former business associate said,

“Two times, I spoke two times with Joe Biden to discuss a business agreement with China. I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden,” Bobulinski said.

    Five:

After Bobulinski had a meeting with Joe Biden, Biden's brother Jim Biden, and Hunter to discuss their plans in China, Bobulinski emailed James and asked James that he should “thank Joe for his time.”

    Six:

In 2017 Hunter stated that Joe Biden was one of his “new office mates” after the two “went into business with the CEFC executive,” the Washington Post reported. Hunter had a key created specifically for Joe Biden to use at the House of Sweden in Georgetown. The Post reported:

On September 21, 2017, Hunter Biden wrote to a building manager asking for new office signage that reflected the new family business and a brand new business partnership: “The Biden Foundation and Hudson West (CEFC-US),” Biden wrote in his emails directed to the building manager.

He also asked for keys for his office colleagues: his father Joe and his mom, Jill, and his uncle James, and Chinese director, Gongwen Dong.

In the course of this request, the man gave what he believed to be the phone number of his father in hopes that an office rep could contact him to inform his new office colleagues.

    Seven:

In 2017, Joe Biden wrote a college recommendation letter for the son of Hunter's Chinese business associate, Jonathan Li, with whom Joe Biden met in China. Li is the CEO of BHR which is associated with Chinese oil interests and for that the Biden administration was reported to have sold 950,000 barrels oil through the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Hunter's lawyer told The Times that Biden's son quit BHR's board in 2020.

    Eight:

In the year 2016, Joe and Hunter Biden took a flight on Air Force Two to Mexico and Hunter had a meeting with his business partners in Mexico City. While on the trip, Jeff Cooper, who ran an important firm for litigation, SimmonsCooper, invested $1 million into Hunter and James' now extinct hedge fund. The New York Post reported:

SimmonsCooper also contributed $1 million as investment capital to Hunter as well as his father Jim [James] Biden's abortive attempt to manage an investment fund called a hedge fund in 2009. The venture was eventually shut down in 2009, and the Bidens gave the money back.

Cooper joined the entourage of the Vice President on Air Force Two to Mexico in 2016, as Cooper and Hunter tried to reach an agreement on an unlucky petroleum deal with Aleman Magani.

In the early hours on February 24, 2016, just half an hour before “wheels up” from Joint Base Andrews during the five-hour journey from the airport to Mexico City, Hunter wrote an unassuming message to Aleman Magnani via Air Force Two's secure high-speed satellite communication channel. He blind-copied Cooper.

    Nine:

In 2015 Hunter was able to take Joe Biden to dinner with business colleagues from Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan to a renowned Washington, DC, restaurant. Joe Biden was vice president at the time. The New York Post reported:

Photos from the internet of the interior of Cafe Milano coincide with the background which depicts the Bidens smiling as they are being flanked by the Kazakhstani Oligarch Kenes Rakishev as well as Karim Massimov, who was the former premier of Kazakhstan.

    Ten:

In 2015, following Joe Biden meeting with Hunter's foreign business associates in the Cafe Milano from Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan, one of the men wrote to Hunter about his appreciation for having the “opportunity to meet your father.” The New York Post reported:

The never-before-revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board at a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving me the opportunity to meet your father. We spent time with him. It's a real honor and a pleasure,” the email reads.

A previous email from May 2014 also includes Pozharskyi who is reportedly Burisma's No. 3 executive, requesting Hunter, the company's top executive, for “advice on how you could use your influence” on the behalf of the company.

    Eleven:

A 2014 photograph shows Joe Biden golfing with his son Hunter and Devon Archer, Hunter's fellow board member of the Ukrainian Gas company Burisma. Archer is currently in jail for fraud. “The photo shows the fourth person, who has yet to be identified. But, he's Not Burisma's highest-ranking executive Taras Burdeinyi, nor its founder Mykola Zlochevsky. Photos of both men are on display below and on this page,” Reuters reported.

    Twelve:

In 2014, photographs show Joe Biden meeting with Hunter's Mexican business associates, billionaire Miguel Aleman Velasco and his son Miguel Aleman Magnani, in the office of the vice president. “The then-vice president also flew Hunter and his partner Jeff Cooper on Air Force 2 to Mexico City in 2016 where Hunter arranged to meet Aleman's son for meetings over a ‘flippin gigantic' business deal,” the Daily Mail reported.

    Thirteen:

2013 was when Hunter traveled to China with his father aboard Air Force Two. On the trip, Hunter introduced Joe Biden to his Chinese business associate Li who is CEO of the company which is also linked with Chinese oil interests, and where the Biden administration is reported to have sold 950,000 barrels to China to the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

After ten days of the trip, China issued Hunter's firm an operating license and the company received an investment of $1 billion. The New York Post reported:

A few days later, Hunter's firm signed an agreement to partner with China's state-owned Bank of China and created the investment fund of $1 billion named Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) as per the report of Peter Schweizer, president of the Government Accountability Institute and the best-selling author of “Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends.”

A representative from BHR informed The New Yorker in July 2019 that Hunter Biden introduced his father to Chinese private equity executive Jonathan Li during the trip. Li was later appointed BHR's CEO. BHR.
