Donald Trump Speaks at American Freedom Tour: “I Will Be Back”


    In anticipation of Trump's comments, the crowd was buzzing. A tweet by Taylor Budowich (communications director for Save America and Donald Trump), stated that one supporter had compared the event to an Elvis concert.

    According to a tweet, the 45th president assured the crowd that he would return and that America will be better than ever.

    Trump stated to his supporters, “You had a President that always put America first.” Trump promised that he would be back, and America will be stronger and better than ever before.

    The event featured other conservative leaders, including Donald Trump Jr.. Trump Jr. spoke before his father, urging those present to get involved in local political races.

    Trump stated, “We need people who will step up. Our freedoms are worth fighting for,” before adding, “Don’t let these people [Democrats] have power ever again.”

    According to the tour's website, the event started at 8 :15 a.m. It was to end around 5:00 p.m.. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, former White House Press Secretary and current Arkansas Gubernatorial candidate (R), appeared at the event and had the crowd chanting “USA!”

    The tour stated that Kimberly Guilfoyle attacked President Joe Biden. She said, “Everything Biden touches becomes a total disaster.” “Biden is asleep at his wheel and has driven our fiscal cliff.”

    Candace Owens, a conservative commentator, and Dan Bongino, another conservative commentator, also made remarks.
