Gas Prices Rise to Record-High for the 14th Consecutive Day

This is the first time AAA data revealed gas prices more than $5.00 for a gallon. GasBuddy disclosed on Thursday that the gas prices had risen to $5.00.

The high number is a bad sign for the president Joe Biden, who is seeking to increase the cost of gas in order to force Americans to burn less fossil fuels, as per polls conducted by the Trafalgar Group on May 29.

The price of gas is so high that memes are beginning to surface slamming Democrats for the rising costs. Worried about the influence of memes, Big Tech has begun to investigate the validity of such memes:

Minister of Energy Jennifer Granholm told reporters last week that American motorists will need to pay at least four dollars for a gallon in the next few years.

Trump has warned voters that should Biden win the 2020 presidential election, the price of gas could reach as high as $7.00 each gallon. “If Biden got in, you'd pay $7.8, $8. and $9. They'd then tell you to get rid of your vehicle.”

As per the Energy Information Administration (EIA), Americans will pay $450 more for gasoline in 2022 than they did in the previous year, based on an inflation adjusted basis.

Surveys show that 74 percent of people polled said that Biden's high price of gas is an “extremely/very important” factor in the way they vote in midterm elections. Biden's approval of his management of the gas price is only 27 percent.
