ICE Official Acknowledges That DHS Released More Than 150,000 Border-Crossers into the U.S. Without Court Dates in Summer 2021

President Biden's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released more than 150,000 border-crossers and illegal immigrants, without a Notice of Appearance (NTA) in an immigration court, into the United States during the summer of 2021, shocking footage revealed.

As part of a lawsuit against Biden's sprawling Catch and Release network, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody obtained internal DHS footage showing the extent of the agency's release of hundreds of thousands of border-crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior without court dates.

In one case, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official is heard telling officers that more than 150,000 border-crossers and illegal immigrants were allowed into the U.S. interior without NTAs in the summer of 2021. Biden's DHS began the practice in March 2021.

“You know over the summer, we had well over 150,000 folks come in,” the ICE official says. “They were issued a piece of paper that said, ‘Find somebody in ICE,’ and that was pretty much it. There was no processing. I know this isn’t something that you guys asked for, and I can assure you that no one in the criminal alien program asked for it either.”

Attorney General Moody said in a statement that it is believed that the Biden administration is actively releasing border-crossers and other illegal immigrants into American cities and towns without any intention of deporting anyone, even if they are found to be unable to prove legitimate asylum claims.

“This has been this administration’s plan all along,” Moody said.

The most recent estimates indicate that between February 2021 and October 2022, Biden's DHS released at least 1.4 million border-crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior. The majority of those who were released last year received only Notifications to Report (NTRs), which required those arriving to check in with ICE wherever they relocated.
