Pelosi drove eastbound on Walnut Drive when he attempted to traverse State Route-29, and his 2021 Porsche was “struck by” a Jeep heading northbound at around 10:10 p.m. on Saturday night, CHP said in a statement.
The photos of the intersection reportedly depict that Pelosi was required to drive through a stop-signal in order to reach SR 29. The video of the crash site is said to show “a busted out fence and downed sign.”
CHP found the crash was a “two-vehicle non-injury crash” and the police arrested Pelosi for driving while intoxicated at 11:44 p.m. It was only five miles from Pelosi's River Run vineyard. The law enforcement agency did not take any action against the driver of the Jeep, 48.
As Breitbart News reported:
The speaker's spouse was arrested shortly before midnight on Friday (11:44 p.m.) at Napa County and booked into jail after hours — shortly after 4 o'clock in the morning — for two charges, according to Napa County Criminal Justice Network.
Pelosi was arrested on two misdemeanor charges for drunk driving, but he was released with a $5,000 bail in the morning, according to the local police information.
Pelosi's office is quiet “on this private matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast.”
