U.N. Chief Claims World Is on Fire

The dedicated globalists issued their dire warnings, accompanied by pleas for large amounts of cash as well as a plea to trust in their abilities to protect our futures as a whole.

In the speeches that preceded the start of leaders' summit on Tuesday, at U.N.'s New York headquarters, Guterres highlighted his “immense” task not only of rescuing the planet “which is literally on fire,” but also of coping with the persistent coronavirus pandemic.

AP Reports that the long-time Portuguese socialist also complained about “a lack of access to finance for developing countries to recover — a crisis not seen in a generation” which has led to the ground being lost in women's health, education and rights.

Guterres, who was invited by Bill as well as Hillary Clinton as a speaker at the CGI event in 2010, is scheduled to give the “state of the world” speech at Tuesday's high-level international gathering, while he will also announce a request for additional financial contributions from the world's top economies.

Clinton will make his remarks the same day that Clinton demanded the world to support his CGI charity foundation when it re-convened on Monday for the first time since the year 2016, as Breitbart News reported.

Clinton was president of the United States from 1993 to 2001, and has claimed to be “amazed” by the massive reaction to the event returning again after the delay that was caused by the coronavirus epidemic.

“The world's on fire in a lot of different ways,” the former president said to the Associated Press in an interview Monday. “But there are a lot of things that businesses, non-governmental groups, and governments working together can do to help with a lot of these problems.”

The CGI is a subset within the Clinton Foundation and “convenes global and emerging leaders to create and implement solutions to the world's most pressing challenges,” according to the organization's site.

The campaign ended in 2016, when Hillary Clinton launched her presidential campaign.

The year prior to the election, the amount of money donated dropped by 37 percent in the wake of claims that Clinton employed her charity for soliciting millions of donations from corporations and governments abroad in exchange for favoritism during her time as Secretary of State.

Breitbart News Editor at-Large Peter Schweizer exposed one such deal – dubbed the” Uranium One Deal”– as well as other transactions among Clinton Foundation supporters and the State Department in his book Clinton Cash.

The decision led to an influx of media reports about the foundation's activities across the spectrum of ideologies.

Now, the CGI is all set to go again and will be meeting from September 19-21 in New York City.

In the other direction, the U.N. is in session for its 777th General Assembly meeting of world leaders simultaneously.
